We held our annual Oak Park Senior Living Halloween party on October 31st. The afternoon was filled with music, singing, and dancing courtesy of Wayne and The Boys. As you can see, many tenants got in the spirit and dressed up for the occasion! ??♀️?
Oak Park Senior Living’s very own Head Chef, Joel Carlson, took 3rd place in the Minor’s Flavor Expedition Recipe Contest using their required ingredient of cilantro pesto. He made cilantro pesto beef baked chile rellenos with tomato crema and pickled vegetables. Congratulations, Joel! ???
