Thoughtful Thank You Note

November 2nd, 2021

Our Assistant Residence Director, Jaime, recently received a thoughtful thank you note from one of our community members, which we always love!

“I wanted to send a compliment for Dean because for anything that needs repair, he does it right away (even though I always say ‘no rush’ in my notes to him). Additionally, I recently had Sean assist me with a light bulb change and he has a friendly personality and accomplishes whatever needs repair.

Both Dean and Shawn were here this morning to replace the light fixture over my kitchen sink. Not only is it terrific
having light again over the sink, it was also enjoyable being able to chat with both of them.

You are also so caring and have a loving personality, Jaime, and I always enjoy talking with you.” – Carol G.

Thank you so much for the kind words, Carol. We take pride in going above and beyond for those who call our community home, and it’s always amazing to hear when it shows.
